Ignite Reading is an EdTech platform delivering one-on-one tutoring to K–5 students. I led end-to-end product design for the AI-powered Literacy Hub — a tutor-facing tool that provides real-time reading assessments and session coaching, helping tutors deliver more effective lessons at scale.
NOIN is a design studio that works across brand, product, and motion. I designed and built their internal design system from scratch — a comprehensive library of tokens, components, and guidelines that unified output across a distributed team of 15+ designers.
A Series B fintech startup asked me to redesign their new account onboarding experience after a 58% drop-off rate at step 3. I led discovery, redesigned the full flow, and validated with user testing — cutting drop-off by more than half within the first month of launch.
A SaaS platform wanted to make their analytics dashboard usable by business owners — not just data analysts. I redesigned the core reporting experience to surface the most important signals clearly, with a focus on progressive disclosure and contextual guidance.
